Recipes with ‘GREENS’, is a healthy bundle of my recipe collection where in every recipe a GREEN vegetable plays the main ingredient role. I use these greens at least 5 days a week.. be it leafy greens / green vegetables!

Vegetables’ form the back bone of VEGETARIAN COOKING / DIET!  While the green one’s are more healthier when compared to others. They are richest source of nutrition, iron, dietary fibre and folic acid, good for generating red blood cells.

Low in fat & calories. Rich in Vitamin, A, K & C. None of them have cholesterol which keeps heart healthy. (info from internet)
