Tips & Plan to Follow:

For this thali, there in NO MAJOR PREP work at all. Not even any soaking of rice. Except for chopping few veggies. I made everything using gadgets simultaneously. So finished cooking just within 30 mins approx.

At first, I washed the rice & put it for cooking in the RICE COOKER. It takes more time for rice to be cooked, than that of curry, dal here.

Next, put the dal & its ingredients for cooking on STOVE-TOP PRESSURE COOKER. At last, I started with the Brinjal / Eggplant – Green Peas curry in Instant Pot. But, the curry FINISHED first than the rest. While all these were getting done, I made the chutney within 5 mins.

This time, I had the chapati dough in my fridge, which I made previous day but wrapped it in a cling film. I generally thaw it for at least 15 mins before use. So, made just 5 chapathis (1 each) at the last. Rolling & Making them takes 5 mins. I rarely used any oil in making chapaathi.

All items made simultaneously but attentively.🙂 Multi-tasking and using all gadgets available is the key.
