Guacamole (Plant based, Oil Free Dip)

Whole foods Plant based, Oil Free, Mexican style dip or spread. Used as a condiment as well in many other ways.

Ripe Avocado - 1 (large size)
Red Onion - 1 (medium size)
Red Tomato - 1 (medium size)
Fresh Coriander / Cilantro
Fresh Lemon / Lime - 1 small size
Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Jalapeno Pepper / Green Chilly - 2 (small size)
Cayenne Pepper / Red Chilli Powder - a pinch (optional)
Salt - as per taste
Finely chop the onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper / chilly and fresh coriander / cilantro leaves.
Cut the lemon / lime into half. Put aside.
Cut the avocado into half at the centre & remove the seed / pit. Preserve the seed / pit.
Using a spoon, scoop the flesh out into a wide mixing bowl.
Now, perfectly mash up the avocado with a fork, to the desired consistency.
Add the salt, cayenne pepper / red chilli powder (optional) & squeeze juice from half of lime into the bowl and mix everything.
Transfer the finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander / cilantro leaves & jalapeno pepper / chilly into the bowl.
Mix up everything thoroughly.
Taste the dip and add more salt & lime juice if necessary. Done!!
