Get all the ingredients at one place. Cut the avocado at the centre, de-seed and scoop the flesh off using a sharp spoon. Dice the cucumber, onion and tomatoes into bit size pieces.Squeeze off the lime juice. Finely chop the mint leaves.
In a wide mixing bowl, add all these>> olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, dry chilli flakes, lemon juice, ground black pepper powder. Mix up everything thoroughly such that sugar is mixed well.
Transfer all the diced veggies into the same mixing bowl. Add the chopped basil leaves, mint leaves. Gently toss everything using a ladle on each hand. See that the dressing is well incorporated onto the veggies.
Transfer the salad into a serving bowl. Serve immediately. Done!!
