Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut
  • ½ cup Sugar / Jaggery
  • 10 count Raisins / Kishmish
  • 10 count Cashew Nuts
  • 4 count Cardamom pods
  • 8 tablespoons Ghee

Instructions
 

1cup=250ml; ¾ cup=180ml; ½cup=125ml; 1 tbsp=14ml; 1 tsp = 4ml
