Instructions
PREP WORK:
Get the sprouts ready to make the salad. Follow my recipe, to grow Sprouts at home without any gadget⇒
How to make Sprouts
Wash all the vegetables.
Grate the carrot.
Peel the onion.
Finely chop all the vegetables including the green chillies, ginger & coriander leaves.
MAKING THE SALAD:
Green Mung Sprouts ready for the salad
.
Take the 'Ingredients for dressing' (except lemon juice) into a mortar-pestle, grind into fine mix.
At last, add the lemon juice. Take the sprouts & chopped veggies into a mixing bowl.
Pour ground mix onto the veggies in the bowl.
Using two spoons, one in each hand, very gently fold everything.
