Plant Based Peanut Butter Energy Balls, an Easy, No Cook, Instant Energy Bites made using peanut butter as main ingredient. Recipe below has step wise pics and tips.

Equipment

  • 1 Wide Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Wide Plate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (plain)
  • 1 cup Instant Oats
  • ½ cup Ground Flax / Flax Seed Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds / Hemp Hearts
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Honey (or) Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar (or) Dairy Free Dark Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Take a wide mixing bowl. Add each ingredient one after another.
  • Using a spatula, gently cut and fold everything, such that all the ingredients are combined well.
  • With an ice cream scoop / with a round tablespoon, make them into small balls.
  • Vegan version: Vegan Version of Energy Balls are made using Dairy Free Dark Chocolate & Maple Syrup as shown below.
    Non Vegan Version: Non-Vegan Version of Energy Balls are made from Honey & Maple Syrup as shown below.
  • Arrange them on a tray / plate. See that they do not touch each other.
  • Place the tray in the fridge for about 20 mins for the balls to harden a bit. Later, take them and serve. Done!!
