Ingredients

Green / Yellow Mango (not fully ripen)
(finely chopped)

tablespoon
Lemon / Lime juice
½
teaspoon
Salt
(or as per taste)

inch piece
Ginger
(finely chopped)
½
clove
Garlic
(finely chopped)

Green Chillies / Habanera Peppers
(finely chopped)

leaves
Fresh Mint Leaves
(finely chopped)

Fresh Coriander / Cilantro Leaves
(finely chopped)
½
teaspoon
Ground Cumin / Jeera Powder

tablespoons
Brown Sugar / Jaggery

Olive Oil
(optional)

Dry Red Chilli Flakes
(for garnish)
Instructions
Firstly wash & peel the mango.
Finely, chop into very small pieces.
Next, finely chop the ginger and green chillies.
Take all of them into a food processor / blender / mixer.
Add all the rest of the ingredients as well. Blend into a fine smooth paste.
For additional spice, top up with a pinch of dry chilli flakes. Done!!
