Peri Peri Paneer Kebabs (Air Fryer and Stove Top Grill Methods)

Grilled Paneer Skewers, the quick and easiest appetiser made using just 5 main ingredients including, paneer and peri peri spice mix. Recipe below has step wise pics and tips for both Stove Top Grill and Air Fryer Methods.
Gather all the ingredients at one place. If you are using frozen paneer, get it to room temperature, by thawing or by defrosting in a microwave.
Seasoning the Paneer Cubes:
In a wide mixing bowl, add all these>> olive oil, salt, dry red chilli flakes, mixed dry herbs, peri peri powder, garlic powder (optional).
Add the paneer cubes and coat them thoroughly with the spicy oil.
Take the skewers and pierce the coated paneer cubes to each. Just remember to keep the paneer pieces well apart from each other.
Grilled Peri Peri Paneer on Grill Pan:
Put the grill pan on stove top fire until medium flame. Brush with oil (tablespoon) throughout the pan. Gently place the coated paneer cubes. Let them fry.
After 5 mins, gently turn each one to the other side. Let them fry for 5-10 mins, until charred as shown. Then, switch the flame off. Using tongs, gently remove them onto a serving dish. Done!
Air Fryer Method Peri Peri Paneer Skewers:
Spread the air fryer mesh with parchment paper. Place the skewers / kabab sticks on it.Set MODE to AIR FRY, temperature to 180ºC/ 360ºF, time to 10 mins. Close the air fryer, let them fry.
When the time is done, open the air fryer, gently reverse each skewer to the other side. Close the air fryer, set to same settings as above. Later, when timer beeps, remove and serve. Done!
