1½teaspoonsRed Chilli Powder / Paprika (or as per taste)
½teaspoonChat Masala Powder
1teaspoonGhee / Melted Butter(optional)
Instructions
In an wide and heavy bottomed pan, add all these ingredients >> Corn Flakes, Bran Flakes, Peanuts, Raisins, Murmura, Sev.
Put the pan on stove top under medium flame. By stirring continuously, let them toast for 5-6 mins, until the peanuts start popping up.
Then, switch the flame off and add all the 'Ingredients for Seasoning'.Give a gentle mix.
Again give a toss (or) mix up everything thoroughly throughout the pan. Let the pan cool down completely.
Take the mixture into an air tight container, close the lid and swiftly shake thoroughly such that all the seasoning are well coated to the other ingredients. Done!
