Breakfast Platter / Thali # 1 (South Indian)

This is the breakfast platter which is loaded with South Indian recipes. I prepared it over the weekend, yes its a weekend and has to be special right!  But have to say that we had it for brunch rather than breakfast. Trust me its a completely Vegan, Glutenfree, Protein Rich, CarbsFilled platter. The chutneys and powder are extremely healthy as well.

The above platter has Idli topped with fresh homemade ghee/butter. Dibba Rotte/Plumpy Roti topped with organice honey. On the side Peanut Chutney, Mint-Coconut Chutney, Hemp Seeds Spice Powder and a block of jaggery
