Tips & Plan to Follow:

 I made the dal / lentils in my pressure cooker which takes just 10-12 mins.The bitter-gourd stir fry is pan fried with very minimum oil. Multi-tasking and using all gadgets available is the key. Made the rice in rice cooker, dal / lentils in pressure cooker, dessert and stir fry on stove top, all made simultaneously but attentively.🙂
