After one full week of ill health, bitter taste buds, lack of ability to cook, other than simple bread toast. Yesterday, I felt very much satisfied to prepare this, Bhojanam / Thali / Platter for my family. It is a completely NO-ONION NO-GARLIC style meals from Indian Cuisine. It has :
Sides: 1) Broccoli dal / Pappu 2) Plaintain / Raw Banana / Aratikaya Stir Fry 3) Fresh Homemade Curds / Yogurt Main: 1) Steamed White rice / Vedi Annam topped with homemade ghee / neyyi. 2) Whole wheat chapati Condiment: 1) Tomato Chutney 2) Slice of Lime, Green Chilly & Cherry Tomatoes Dessert: Bellam Paramannam / Rice Kheer with jaggery Fruit: Bowl of litchis

TIPS & PLAN TO FOLLOW
I made the dal / lentils in my pressure cooker which takes just 10-12 mins. Broccoli dal recipe , actually has tinda paired with broccoli, but here in this platter I replaced tinda with tomatoes.
I made the dough for chapati using my food processor within 3 mins.The raw banana stir fry is pan fried with very minimum oil. Cooked the rice in rice cooker, dal / lentils in pressure cooker, dessert and stir fry on stove top.
All items made simultaneously but attentively. Multi-tasking and using all gadgets available is the key.
