guacamole (plant based oil free dip). Whole foods plant based NO Oil, oil free, wfpb, Mexican dip, avocado spread, for chips, sandwich, wraps

Guacamole, is an avocado based raw dip which is originated in Mexico. Because of its taste, benefits & ease to make, it has become so popular that it has become part of any international cuisine.

I feel addition of OIL isn’t necessary in Guacamole, hence I never add OIL.. This makes my recipe a completely, Vegan, Plant-Based, Raw, Oil-Free DIP.

I made this for the weekend’s special family dinner. Yes, you can make ahead and store. See the TIPS section at the end, where I gave storage options too.
