This, Bhojanam / Thali / Platter is a completely NO-ONION NO-GARLIC style meals from South Indian Cuisine. It has :

Sides1) Raw Mango Dal / Mamidikaya Pappu 2) Ivy Gourd / Tindora / Dondakaya Stir Fry 3) Fresh Homemade Curds / Yogurt  Main:  Steamed White rice / Vedi Annam topped with homemade ghee / neyyi.  Condiment: Fresh Green Chillies  Dessert: Dry Fruits & Nuts Ladoo / Balls FruitSlices of fresh pineapple

TIPS & PLAN TO FOLLOW

For this platter the major time taking task is to chop the tindora / ivy gourd / dondakaya. Here, I didn’t use chopper / processor to chop, but just my kitchen knife. You can get it done before day and store it in an air-tight container in the fridge. Rest all can be done within 30 mins.

I made the dal / lentils in my pressure cooker which takes just 10-12 mins. Made the rice in rice cooker (20 mins). Dessert / Laddoo within 10 mins.

Multi-tasking and using all gadgets available is the key. All made simultaneously but attentively.🙂
