TIPS & PLAN TO FOLLOW
For this platter the major time taking task is to chop the tindora / ivy gourd / dondakaya. Here, I didn’t use chopper / processor to chop, but just my kitchen knife. You can get it done before day and store it in an air-tight container in the fridge. Rest all can be done within 30 mins.
I made the dal / lentils in my pressure cooker which takes just 10-12 mins. Made the rice in rice cooker (20 mins). Dessert / Laddoo within 10 mins.
Multi-tasking and using all gadgets available is the key. All made simultaneously but attentively.
