This, Party / Dinner platter is specifically suitable for birthday parties / special dinners / for weekend relaxed family dinners.

I made these for my elder daughter’s birthday party last month. Apart from these, the party table also had drinks, crisps and  my homemade egg less vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. Anyhow, that’s not in the pic below. All of us, particularly kids devoured all the items.

Tips & Plan to Follow:

Here, chopping the veggies / fruits for the salsa consumes most of the prep time.

I boiled the spaghetti on stove-top as per the recipe, which takes just 10-12 mins on high flame. Meanwhile, I seasoned the potato wedges and put them in the conventional oven for baking. And then continued with the rest of the basil pesto peas spaghetti recipe. Lastly, made the avocado-mango salsa.

DON’T opt for chopping the veggies, fruits well before & storing in fridge, which doesn’t suit for these recipes. The corn chips are store-bought!

Multi-tasking and using the gadgets appropriately is the key. All made simultaneously but attentively.🙂
