Possible Alterations for the recipe, ‘Fresh Fruit Salad with Fruit Cream’:
Fruit Variety options: You might add any variety of fruits of your choice. Even dry fruits and nuts can also be added. But just remember to chop the fruits, nuts into tiny size or else into bite size.
Instead of cardamom powder: You might opt for a couple of pinches of nut meg. Or else few strands of saffron.
Sweetener options: In case, the sweetness from condensed milk is not sufficient to you, try to add 2-3 tablespoons of castor sugar (or) powdered sugar to the cream mix, even before adding the fruits.
Alternative to Condensed Milk in this recipe: Just add evaporated milk (readily available in market) and suitable quantity of powdered sugar.

Serving Sugestions for ‘Fruit Salad with Fresh Whipped cream’:

Second Option, for serving, would be to pour the fruit cream on half side of a flat plate, and the chopped fruits on the other side of the plate. Which makes it easy to select the fruit combinations while eating the dessert.

- Sweetened Condensed Milk – ½ tin
- Whipping Cream / Half & Half – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Chopped Fruits (any varierty) – 3 cups
Special Ingredients:
- Condensed Milk

Step Wise Pics Procedure for ‘Fresh Fruit Salad with Homemade Cream’:
Gather all the ingredients at one place. Wash the fresh fruits, De-seed the fruits with seeds.
Peel the skin, chop the fresh fruits as per your desired shape and size.

How to make Whipped Cream from Whipping Cream to use for Fruit Salad:
Into a wide mixing bowl, add the whipping cream.
Using the hand blender (or) fork, whisk thoroughly until you reach stiff peaks. This takes just 2 mins. This is called WHIPPED CREAM.
Now pour the sweetened condensed milk, into the same bowl of whipped cream. Add the powdered ground cardamom.
Using a spatula, gently mix both the whipped cream and condensed milk. See that both are combined well into a smooth mix. This mix itself is called fruit cream.
How to make Fruit Salad using Whipped Fresh Cream and Condensed Milk:
Now, to this fresh cream mix, simply add HALF OF THE finely chopped fresh fruits, dry fruits and nuts.
Gently mix everything using a spatula, just one.
Top up the bowl with the rest of the chopped fresh fruits, dry fruits and nuts.
Sprinkle a pinch of ground cardamom powder. Done!!

Tips & Storage:
- Adjust the consistency of the fruits as per your taste.
- Storage: This dessert stays good, up to a day max.
- But when you store the fruit salad in the refrigerator, it stays good for up to 2 -3 days.
Result:
- Having fresh colourful fruits and sweet cream along side, makes this dessert so very attractive to look at and exotic to taste.
- The chilled version tasted exactly like any other ice-cream.
