Drop a quarter teaspoon of the fudge into cold water and check if it forms a ball when you roll it up.

Let the content cool for 5 mins, then whisk up everything for 2-3 mins, until it thickens.

Transfer the content into a greased tray, mark it in desired shape and put it in freezer for 2-3 hrs for the fudge to set.

Take it out and cut the pieces and serve / store.

Tips:

  • Sweetened condensed milk already has vanilla essence, in it. So, I skipped adding. You can add it along with other ingredients.

  1. Hi I’m planning to try this for Diwali. It looks so tempting. Is it 400 grams powdered sugar? I also see 400 gms of condensed milk. Trying to understand what is the binding ingredient here and will it not be too sweet?

    1. Hi Priya! Thank you! Yes, it is 400 gms of powdered sugar. II just took sugar into blender/mixie and made it into fine powder. The condensed milk is a bit thick right, that itself is enough to bind along with the others. It turns out just as sweet as a toffee. Hope this helps. Just let me know how it turned out too! 🙂
